3 hours of real-world self-defense with Fred Mastro (MDS) — the heart of the seminar. Instinctive, explosive reactions for the standing phase, when threats happen at close range and there's no time to think.
1 hour of ground defense with Frank Beels (Jiu-Jitsu) — what happens when it hits the floor. Control, escapes, and finishing from a 4th-degree black belt.
1 hour of live application with Ahmed "the Prince" Faress (MMA) — putting it all together under pressure. Striking, transitions, and the intensity that turns technique into instinct.
